Suresh is a multi-faceted spiritual practitioner born in Hunsor, South India in 1959. Krishna Swami, the direct disciple of enlightened master Paramahamsa Sachithananada Yogeshwar, noticed nine year old Suresh, and became his spiritual teacher for the next ten years until his death at the age of more than 100.
He taught Suresh Ashtanga Swara Yoga, Ashtanga Pranayama, and many breathing and meditation techniques. At a young age Suresh was also influenced by other spiritual masters that visited the mutt (place of spiritual practice and learning) where he studied with Krishna Swami.
By his twenties, Suresh pursued other spiritual practices, and had started studied and practicing vastu*. He travelled throughout India in search of yoga masters and ashrams. During this time he deepened his meditation practice and achieved a deeper state of consciousness.He dedicated one year meditating in his home, leaving only periodically to see his mother.
Today, Suresh is the master at Bheemashakti Yoga Center where he teaches yoga asanas, spiritual practices and yoga asana including Ashtanga Pranayama and the ancient system of physical yoga based on Ashtanga Swara Yoga. Recently, he has been teaching many westerners and slowly the depth of his knowledge and experience is being understood.
He is also a practicing vastu consultant.
